I called Service line due to my MHI Aircon down on 24 May, Alan and Shawn were very patient and helpful in explaining and arranging speedy check on site, and Shawn tried hard to get replacement condensor done on 29 May. Their suport were excellent, thanks so much, also thanks to service guys on replacing condensor with good quality.

Just got my new MHI ac installed. The build is of good quality unlike other brands which seemed flimsy and it has all the features I needed.Had some technical enquiries and friendly staff at HQ pointed me in the right direction. Took only a day to sort out unlike other "top" brands which never calls back.Engineer Shawn answered all my queries promptly and in detail. Am enjoying my ac units tremendously. Real bang for the buck.
